Beautiful Sunrise

It’s 0615 am. It’s a muggy 70° on the porch this morning. Birds are singing. A few night critters are still singing. Cicadas. Cicadas are doing their thing too. They could go away. 

I’ve washed and filled my hummingbird feeders already this morning. I haven’t seen one yet. Feeders were last filled Sunday night.  They were really dry this morning.  Maybe they didn’t give up on me!!

It’s been a really busy 3 days at work.  My orientee got some great experiences and was able to observe a major surgery! She’s grown so much over these past few days! Makes a “momma” proud! I feel like she’s gonna be one of our best nurses! I try to raise my babies the way I was raised, to raise them so I would let them take care of me and (them) not be afraid. I try to instill confidence in their decisions.  

So. If you’re actually friends with me, you know I have been getting seasonal dish towels from Haley Ashley for over a year now.  Watch my Facebook for her next late summer creations for me. Ladies, she can make anything! More to come!

As I’ve been writing I’ve had four hummingbird visits.  Yay. They didn’t get mad and move to Sandy’s.  

Y’all. Please remember little Charley in your prayers. Her tumor was inoperable. They are trying to keep the faith that she will over come despite devastating medical evindene to the contrary.  Pray for her parents and family.  

Pray for our leaders at all levels. Pray for me.
